Over the past three years, Vietnam’s real estate market has endured its most challenging phase in over a decade. From liquidity shortages and legal bottlenecks to interest rate pressures and defensive sentiment, the entire industry has been forced to re-examine its growth model.

As 2025 unfolds, the market is shifting toward a new trajectory—not merely restoring liquidity but redefining how it operates and competes. The question mark in the theme challenges us to reflect: Are we simply returning to old ways, or are we opening a new chapter?

We are witnessing the rise of Proptech, Fintech, and sustainable financial mechanisms—tools that optimize operations, enhance data transparency, and attract global capital. Within this context, industrial and commercial real estate are redefining their operations and funding models, forming the focus of Panel 1.
